Russell Billingsley is a Texas native and University of Texas graduate (B.A., Economics) with a long-standing career in financial planning. He began his career in Austin in 1987, later led a Dallas office in a division management role, and ultimately returned to client-focused work in 1997. He partnered with Mark Henderson at Henderson & Associates, which later became The Asset Preservation Group. Russell lives in Keller, Texas with his wife, Georgia, and they have two grown children.
